The direct-support terms below describe the conditions planned for a future launch. They do not mean that direct support is currently available.

Planned support amount and additional costs

If direct support becomes available, the support amount will be the preset amount selected on the support page or an amount entered by the supporter. The exact amount and currency will be shown again before any payment is completed.

Floorp Projects will not add a separate handling fee to the displayed support amount. The supporter will remain responsible for internet access charges and any other charges imposed by their communications, card, or payment provider.

Taxes and tax relief: Direct Checkout will remain disabled until the applicable tax treatment and any required tax collection or display are approved and configured. When enabled, the payment total, including any applicable taxes, will be shown before confirmation. We will not represent a support payment as eligible for a charitable deduction or issue a charitable-donation certificate.

Planned payment method and timing

Current status: Direct card support on floorp.app is not currently accepting applications or payments. No payment method is collected through this page.

Payment methods when enabled: Credit or debit cards and compatible wallets may be available through Stripe Checkout. The methods actually available will be shown on the Checkout page and may differ by device, region, currency, and payment-provider eligibility.

One-time support when enabled: A one-time payment will be charged when the support procedure is completed.

Monthly support when enabled: The first payment will be charged when the application is completed. The same amount will then be charged automatically each month until the supporter cancels. The Checkout page will show the amount and billing frequency before completion. Any 12-month total shown on the support page will be a reference amount, not a minimum charge or fixed commitment period.

Nature of the support

Any future direct support will be voluntary financial support for the development and operation of Floorp Projects and Floorp. Floorp Projects will not provide specific goods, services, exclusive features, preferential treatment, or other benefits in return for a support payment.

Whether a person supports Floorp will not change their ability to use Floorp or their rights under any applicable open-source license. A support payment will not guarantee implementation of a feature, response to an individual request, or continued availability of any particular project or service.

Planned cancellation of monthly support

If monthly direct support becomes available, there will be no minimum commitment period. Monthly support will continue automatically until cancelled. The supporter will be able to cancel at any time through the support-management page provided at launch. If that page is unavailable, the supporter may contact us at contact@floorp.app before the next scheduled charge.

If cancellation is completed before the next charge is processed, no subsequent monthly charges will be made. Cancellation will not by itself refund a payment that has already been processed.

Planned cancellation and refund terms

If direct support becomes available, a completed payment generally will not be cancellable or refundable for the supporter's convenience because of the nature of financial support. Contact contact@floorp.app regarding a duplicate charge, payment-processing problem, or another exceptional circumstance. We will issue any refund required by applicable law or rules.

Application period

Direct support through floorp.app is not currently accepting applications. A start date will be announced on the support page if direct support is approved and made available. The payment function will remain disabled until the required review and legal, tax, and operational preparations are complete.

GitHub Sponsors

GitHub Sponsors is an external service operated by GitHub. A sponsorship completed on GitHub is not an application made under the planned direct-support terms on this page. GitHub's displayed prices, payment timing, cancellation and refund rules, terms, and privacy notice apply to that sponsorship.
